Ankur Aggarwal, the visionary founder of BnW, brings a wealth of professional experience to the helm of our real estate venture. With a decade-long career as a Chartered Accountant, Ankur‘s expertise in financial management laid the groundwork for his transition into real estate in 2021.

Driven by a commitment to ethical guidance, Ankur established BnW, swiftly transforming it into a reputable 360-degree real-estate consulting and development organization boasting a group of multi-talented consultants, CPA‘s, and Legal Advisors. In just 3 years, BnW‘s Assets Under Management (AUM) has reached a striking 15 Billion AED.

As the consultancy business expanded, Mr. Ankur embarked on exploring development avenues to sustain its growth trajectory. Consequently, in 2023, he established BnW Buying and Selling LLC to procure land and plots in the UAE.

In 2024, Mr. Ankur initiated BnW Developments, marking the launch of luxurious mixed-use developments in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai.

Vivek Oberoi is an Indian actor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist who primarily works in Bollywood. He is a proud graduate of New York University, where he completed his master‘s degree in film acting.

He owns a production house called "Oberoi Mega Entertainment" and a real estate company named "Karma Infrastructure". This company came up with an affordable housing project in Shahapur area (in Maharashtra INDIA) under the programme ‘Mission 360‘. Under this project, mr. Vivek and his company provided housing to more than 15,000 families at a cost of Rs. 7,90,000. Additionally, he is a co-founder of "Svarnim University" and has Investments in various other businesses.

He also owns an International Jewelry Brand Solitario offering a stunning array of lab grown diamond Jewelry, which shows a commitment to environmental stewardship. Recently Launched in Dubai and Spain also.
