DUBAI, UAE - April 21st 2026 - BNW Developments, Ras Al Khaimah's largest private developer, has officially broken ground on two of its most ambitious flagship projects, La Perla and Tonino Lamborghini Residences. Located on the prestigious Al Marjan Island, this dual groundbreaking underscores BNW’s strategic commitment to the Emirate’s rapidly evolving real estate landscape.
Blending heritage with performance, the Tonino Lamborghini Residences brings iconic Italian design to the shores of the Arabian Gulf.
